Getting a quote

What to ask Qmatic before you sign

Qmatic does not publish prices on its website, so the real comparison starts with a quote. Ask every vendor, including us, the same questions:

  1. How is the licence priced? Per location, counter, user, device or visit, and what happens when you add a branch.
  2. Which hardware is required? Ticket printers, kiosks, displays and media players: bought, rented or your own screens.
  3. What do installation, training and support cost? One-off fees, yearly maintenance and response times.
  4. Who pays for SMS or WhatsApp messages? Included, per message, or through your own account.
  5. How long is the contract, and how do you leave? Notice period, data export and who owns the hardware afterwards.

Qwaiton’s answers are on our pricing page; the cost guide explains typical hardware and setup costs.

Switching

Moving from Qmatic step by step

How to switch without disrupting your queue

  1. List what you run today: locations, services, counters or rooms, and who works where.
  2. Start a free Qwaiton trial and set up one location the same way. It takes about an hour.
  3. Run both side by side for a few days at that location, with one screen each, until the team is comfortable.
  4. Move the QR codes and the waiting-room screen, then roll out the other locations one by one.
  5. Cancel the old subscription only after the last location has moved.
